Numen's Process Excellence team is primarily responsible for identifying core problems of our clients and develop feasible solutions that add value to their businesses. We also transform how our clients use technology for process visualization and execution across the entire value chain. We collaborate with teams in Processes, Architecture, Enterprise Platforms, and various other technologies to deliver scalable outcomes.
Responsibilities: As a Process Consultant (Process Mining), your responsibilities will include:
• Connecting source systems to Celonis via connectors and APIs.
• Building the entire data model structure, dashboards, KPIs, and automations.
• Translating clients’ strategic objectives into use cases using Process Mining.
• Creating business cases and ROI calculations by leveraging benchmarks and best practices based on the analyzed process.
• Executing improvement actions and driving change initiatives across the organization.
• Developing and refining process dashboards for different user groups.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of client projects.
Requirements:
• Experience in Data Engineering, creating data pipelines, APIs, and ETLs.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, extractions, and data visualization.
• Experience with Celonis Process Intelligence.
• Experience with PQL and Signal.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, business needs, and processes.
• Understanding of business processes, with the ability to map, analyze, and optimize workflows.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to processes.
• Familiarity with tools like BPM (Business Process Management) and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings related to process improvement.
• Celonis certifications are a plus.
