HEINEKENs process mining Centre of Excellence (CoE) is the one-stop-shop for everything process mining, bringing end-to-end and cross-functional digital insights, enabling continuous improvement of HEINEKEN’s processes and technology. The Global Process Mining Expert is the primary liaison between the Process Mining CoE and its customers and manages the process mining community within HEINEKEN & executes deployment project activities and supports OpCos and functions on business as usual.
We:
- deliver insights over and support intelligent automation of our key processes and technology
- enable cost reduction, working capital optimization and growth acceleration through (continuous) improvement of our processes and underlying technology
- support HEINEKEN's digital transformation and innovation through an end-to-end and cross-functional process management capability.
Your responsibilities would include:
- running with the process mining demand management process, by collecting and refining use cases and evaluating and qualifying opportunities
- building and manage the process mining community, hosting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Learn, Share and Re-apply (LSR) sessions. Track global process mining benefits and adoption
- performing first line issue management of queries and issues regarding running process mining use cases. Solve functional queries/issues and collaborate with the IT side of the CoE regarding technical queries/issues
- supporting the CoE deployment team in deployment projects (pilots or scaling up existing use cases), according to the roadmap and CoE operating model/service catalogue
- maintaining the change and communication plan and executing change and communication activities like success stories and roadshows
- providing Global Finance Business Process Management (GFBPM) with process-based analytics and insights.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business / IT
- work experience: 5+years
- required work experience in field of expertise: Process management/operations or business intelligence/analytics
- knowledge of Celonis
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, improvement mindset.
You're a perfect candidate if you also have:
- experience in PTP/OTC area
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- experience in process mining.
