Your Responsibilities
As a (Senior) Consultant for Process Intelligence, you'll guide our clients through their digital transformation. You won't be a traditional consultant, but rather a strategic sparring partner with deep analytical skills. You'll leverage process and data analysis to uncover hidden potential and derive concrete value drivers. This involves translating complex data into clear business arguments, developing robust business cases, and demonstrating a strong client focus.
Your goal: to create measurable added value through precise analyses, sound recommendations, and sustainable process improvements. You'll act as a trusted, peer-level partner, building long-term client relationships and impressing with your expertise, empathy, and business acumen.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify data-driven optimization potential in business processes and derive concrete use cases and business cases
- Analyze complex process data (e.g., from SAP, Salesforce) using cutting-edge Process Mining technologies like Celonis, developing actionable insights
- Support client projects from initial potential analysis and technical implementation to value realization and solution scaling
- Lead workshops with departments and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and confidently present results up to C-level
- Work interdisciplinarily with data scientists, IT specialists, and business departments, translating business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Assist in the conception and setup of data pipelines, as well as ensuring data quality and process validation
- Actively drive the continuous development of our internal methods, tools, and templates, contributing your own ideas to enhance our consulting services
Your Profile
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for identifying data-driven optimization potential in business processes
- Initial practical experience in process analysis, IT consulting, or working with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis) – ideally complemented by knowledge in SQL, Python, or data modeling
- A solid understanding of business contexts and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to stakeholders at management level
- A structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach – even in changing project environments
- Enjoy creating sustainable added value together with clients, demonstrating a high degree of customer orientation and team spirit
- Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
