Your Responsibilities:
- Research in the field of Process Science, especially Process Mining
- Design and implementation of algorithms for process analysis and optimization
- Publication and presentation of research findings at international conferences and in scientific journals
- Collaboration with companies on academic research questions
- Support of teaching activities, for example through supervision of theses
Your Profile:
- Completed Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Applications from candidates nearing the end of their studies are also welcome
- Interest in pursuing a PhD in Process Mining or related research areas
- Excellent programming skills, for example in Python or Java
- Proficient English language skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Ideally, experience in Process Mining, Business Process Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning
- Existing publication experience is a strong advantage
