As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will join our Intelligent Automation delivery team and play a critical role in delivering high‑quality automation solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable eliciting business requirements, designing end‑to‑end automation solutions, and building them hands‑on using UiPath.
In this role, you will own the full automation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, development, testing, and production deployment. You will be expected to apply your functional and technical expertise to solve complex business problems, translating business needs into scalable, resilient automation solutions that deliver measurable value.
You will be able to lead net new automation initiatives independently or contribute as a key member of larger delivery programs. As part of this responsibility, you will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery pods, subject‑matter experts, and client technology teams, acting as the primary point of contact for requirement clarity, solution intent, and delivery alignment. Strong client relationship management and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non‑technical audiences are essential to success in this role.
You will also support or lead platform migration initiatives (e.g., Blue Prism to UiPath), ensuring solutions are optimized for the target platform rather than simply lifted and shifted. Beyond migration-focused work, you will gain exposure to Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Test Automation and advanced automation initiatives, contributing to the continuous evolution of our automation offerings. A strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies will enable you to provide thoughtful recommendations and help shape future automation roadmaps for both clients and internal teams.
