Job Description
Deliver value-driven process mining solutions using Celonis by owning workstreams, analyzing data, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or process improvement
• Strong SQL skills; Python exposure is a plus
• Understanding of core business processes (O2C, P2P, AP, AR)
• Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and client communication skills
Key Responsibilities
• Support delivery of assigned project workstreams and client interactions
• Build data models, dashboards, and KPIs in Celonis
• Perform data analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Design and execute ETL pipelines for process mining use cases
• Support scoping, planning, and risk management with senior team members
