About the Role

We are Prozesu, a fast-growing startup specializing in intelligent business process automation and process mining, in partnership with Celonis. We believe in the power of data and process intelligence to profoundly transform business performance.

The Team

You will join our Delivery & Consulting unit, working alongside the founders in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. You’ll collaborate with engineers, tech profiles, and co-innovation partners (Celonis, Celonis Partner Network). Throughout your mission, you will receive training and support to implement high-impact use cases directly tied to our clients’ operational and strategic challenges.

The Role

As a Process Intelligence Intern, you will be exposed to key aspects of deploying the Celonis platform and analyzing operational performance. Your work will involve the technical implementation of data pipelines, process inefficiency analysis, digital twin modeling, and the development of data-driven business use cases.

This hybrid role (tech/consulting) will allow you to explore product logic, strategic analysis, and the challenges of intelligent automation.

Your Responsibilities

Working closely with the founding team and our partners, you will:

Contribute to the design and implementation of process analysis solutions using Celonis EMS
Model business processes from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, internal tools)
Support the architecture and quality of data pipelines (consistency, integrity)
Perform exploratory analysis to identify friction points and value creation levers
Help create business cases demonstrating operational and financial impact
Participate in workshops or demos with business or IT stakeholders
Collaborate with technical partners (Celonis, AWS, external consultants)

What We’re Looking For

Student in engineering school, business school, or university master’s program (computer science, data, economics, supply chain, applied mathematics, digital transformation)
Knowledge of databases (SQL), query languages, ETL; Python is a plus
Interest in process mining, business intelligence, and intelligent automation
Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in French and professional-level English
