About the Role:
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering process intelligence and transformation initiatives for global clients. You will work across data analysis, process mining, and value realization, owning defined workstreams, engaging with client stakeholders, and translating complex operational data into actionable insights.
Depending on experience, you will either independently manage full workstreams or lead significant components of larger programs, partnering closely with Lead Consultants, Engagement Managers, and client teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of assigned project workstreams, ensuring high-quality, on-time outcomes
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements
- Design, build, and optimize data models and ETL pipelines within process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis or equivalent)
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights and value
- Support the development of value cases, business recommendations, and transformation roadmaps
- Contribute to project planning, risk identification, and delivery tracking
- Facilitate working sessions, reviews, and enablement or training sessions with client teams
- For senior profiles: mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and help ensure consistency and quality across engagements
Your Background & Skills:
- 3–12 years of experience across consulting, analytics, digital transformation, or process improvement
- Hands-on experience with process mining tools (Celonis preferred; others acceptable)
- Strong SQL skills; exposure to Python, ETL tools, or automation frameworks is a plus
- Solid understanding of core enterprise processes such as O2C, P2P, AP, AR, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical business insights
- Ability to manage priorities independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Clear, structured communication skills for both technical and business audiences
- Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus
