About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Celonis-led transformation programs. You will work closely with Engagement Managers, Lead Consultants, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage risks, track deliverables, and enable smooth project execution. This role does not require hands-on development of Celonis analyses or dashboards. However, a strong understanding of consulting delivery workflows and how Celonis-driven insights translate into measurable business outcomes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project governance, planning, execution, and delivery tracking for assigned engagements.
- Drive core project ceremonies, including weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.
- Act as the primary coordination and communication point between onshore teams (US/GCC) and offshore teams (India).
- Maintain project artefacts, including project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, risk registers, and stakeholder maps.
- Track scope, timelines, resource allocation, and utilization in partnership with delivery and engagement leadership.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks.
- Support value tracking, KPI reporting, and structured progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and operational frameworks.
Your Background & Skills:
- 6–10 years of experience in project management, consulting delivery, analytics programs, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in IT services, management consulting, or data-driven transformation environments. Exposure to Celonis or process mining is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across geographically distributed teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Proficiency with common project and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret technical milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress without being hands-on in the solution build.
- PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus.
