The Role
We are looking for our #1 hire — a driven junior consultant who wants to be part of something from the ground up!! You will work directly alongside a Gen-X veteran consultant and a Gen-Z Process Mining enthusiast and take on real responsibility from day one.
What you will do...:
- Implement and configure Celonis-based process mining solutions end-to-end
- Perform data analysis and ETL work using SQL
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and actionable insights for clients
- Translate project findings into scalable, repeatable solution frameworks
- Participate in client workshops and presentations from the beginning
What you bring..:
- Recently completed or final-stage Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics or similar)
- Solid SQL skills; exposure to Celonis or other Process Mining/Intelligence applications, SAP or other BI/ERP tools is a strong plus
- Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in process optimization
- Self-starter attitude — you get things done without being micromanaged
- Hungarian and English language; German is a nice plus!

This is not a graduate program with 40 other trainees. You will be the third person in the room — with direct mentorship, real client exposure and the chance to shape how we grow. Full-time or internship entry both possible.
