Job Description
Deliver value-driven process mining solutions using Celonis by owning workstreams, analyzing data, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or process improvement
- Strong SQL skills; Python exposure is a plus
- Understanding of core business processes (O2C, P2P, AP, AR)
- Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and client communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of assigned project workstreams and client interactions
- Build data models, dashboards, and KPIs in Celonis
- Perform data analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Design and execute ETL pipelines for process mining use cases
- Support scoping, planning, and risk management with senior team members
