Working student (m/f/d) – Data & Insights for our Operations Team
(Part-time, 15-20 hours/week, limited to one year) Join our team at our location in Verl or Baden – flexible working conditions available
Your tasks:
- Support in the implementation and optimization of process analyses (e.g., user journeys in our core processes using Process Intelligence via Celonis)
- Support in the development and maintenance of (Celonis) dashboards for data-driven decision-making
- Assistance in the ETL process (Extraction, Transformation, Loading of data)
- Independent development of operations analytics based on the Atlassian tool stack (Jira, Confluence)
- Creation and updating of Process Intelligence documentation and best practices
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in (business) mathematics, physics, (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study.
- Good knowledge of statistics as well as data analysis and visualization (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python)
- Interest in Product Management in the Legal & Fintech environment
- Prior experience with Celonis or other process mining tools is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data management
- Interest in process analysis, process optimization and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Structured and independent work style
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Team player with a willingness to learn new topics
