That is why we are looking for a Process Intelligence Consultant: a consultant with Celonis experience in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining.

- That you manage projects at our clients and actively participate in key processes.
- In doing so, you monitor the quality standards for all technical components of these projects.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders.
- You contribute to developing our Process Mining capabilities so that they align with Bright Cape's strategy and, above all, with our customers' real challenges.
- Finally, you create standards that increase efficiency and help the team work smarter.
You are:
- You are more than a technically strong consultant. You are communicative, entrepreneurial, with an analytical mindset and a strong team spirit.
Your profile:
- 1+ years of experience in Celonis in Case Centric & Object Centric process mining (must)
- Experience in Aris, UIPath or other PI tools (pre)
- Strong in gathering data requirements and data modeling
- Experience with building value-driven analyses (must)
- Programming skills in SQL (must); Python PySpark, Polars (pre)
- Experience with designing end-to-end pipelines and architectures
- Knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster) (preferred)
- Experience in starting up and completing Process Intelligence initiatives
- Giving demos
- Advising on improvement initiatives
- Relevant technical academic education
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
