YOUR ROLE

Experience the practical side: During your studies, you'll gain hands-on experience in process automation at one of the leading IT service providers. You'll gain insights into the field of process and organizational digitalization and optimize IT-supported business processes at insurance companies using RPA solutions or other technologies.
Dive deeper: You can support our team in designing and implementing RPA or LCDP solutions. You'll analyze and automate our clients' business processes. You'll have the opportunity to participate in workshops, feasibility studies, and concept development.
Mentoring: An experienced team member will be at your side and provide systematic support.
Experience our learning opportunities: You will participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes training in automation and AI technologies, selected project management methods, and soft skills.

YOUR PROFILE

Studies: University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable fields of study
Interest and responsibility: You want to learn new automation technologies, implement exciting projects and take on responsibility.
Process management: You have basic knowledge of process management.
RPA experience: Prior experience with RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), LCDP (PowerAutomate, Mendix) or Document Understanding is desirable.
Programming skills: Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, SQL or C# are an advantage.
AI Competence: You are curious about artificial intelligence, use AI-supported tools in your daily work and gradually expand your skills.
Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
