The world of work is changing faster than ever, especially with the rise of AI and new digital ways of working. For anyone who has been away from the workplace, getting back in can feel like starting from scratch.
This Back-to-work-program helps participants rebuild confidence, gain in-demand digital skills, and reconnect with a professional community through learning, mentorship, and career support.
WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Industry-recognized learning - Receive a Celonis-sponsored scholarship to access the Celonis Academy and earn globally recognized qualifications in Process Intelligence, one of today’s fastest-growing business technology fields.
Career support - Access guidance, career resources, and community support through Celonis workforce development programs.
Optional mentorship - Connect with experienced mentors from the Celonis community to support your learning and career journey.

WHO CAN APPLY?
We welcome applications from people of all genders, backgrounds, identities, and career stages who:
- Have been out of the workforce for 6 months or more
- Are motivated to return to work or transition into a new career path
- Are ready to invest in building future-ready AI skills
Career breaks may include, but are not limited to:
- Caregiving or parenting responsibilities
- Personal or family health leave
- Relocation, migration, or resettlement
- Military service
- Education or personal development
- Other life circumstances
