Continuous improvement demands an understanding of how well processes are performing. We leverage scaled Process Mining and Intelligent Automation powered by data science to achieve this.
We help our clients through data-driven process improvement leveraging Intelligent Automation tools, such as Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation, and AI.
Role Overview:
Working within the Process Intelligence squad as a Data Engineer, you will be expected to own and drive your own work, prepare deliverables and build valuable relationships across both internal and external stakeholders. Leaning on technical acumen, as well as wider transformation experience, you will be able to identify risks early and raise to the appropriate leads.
You will take an active role delivering value-adding technical solutions, working hand-in- hand with colleagues from different backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to discover the best of strategic consulting, Process Mining, and business knowledge to create exceptional solutions for our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or any other with an Information Technology background
- Master’s Degree is highly valued
- 1 or 2 years of previous experience in Consulting or at a Process Mining/Process
- Intelligence role are highly valued
- Previous experience with tools such as Celonis
- Experience in Process Mining including the delivery of Process Mining projects and ETL (connecting to source systems and transforming data to create Event Logs and build data models)
- Expertise in SQL/PQL
- Experience in designing user-friendly Process Mining dashboards, analyzing data with a focus on business outcomes and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A strong awareness and/or experience in Intelligent Automation
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams to deliver value
- Spanish (native/bilingual proficiency) and English level (C1) is required, additional languages are highly valued
