Responsibilities and Duties

About our team

The Process Excellence team's primary responsibility is to identify our clients' real problems and develop feasible solutions that bring value to the business. We also transform the way our clients use technology to visualize and execute processes across the entire value chain. We work with the Process, Architecture, SAP, and several other technology teams, delivering deliverables at scale.

As a Process Consultant (Process Mining), your responsibilities will be:

Connect source systems in Celonis via connectors and APIs
Build the entire data model structure, dashboards, indicators and automations
Translate customers' strategic objectives into use cases using Process Mining
Create Business Cases and ROI calculations, leveraging benchmarks and best practices according to the analyzed process
Implement improvement actions and change initiatives across the company
Create and refine analyses in Process Dashboards for different user groups
Successful project delivery to clients

Requirements and Qualifications

· Experience in Data Engineering, creation of Data Pipeline, APIs and ETLs

· Experience in SQL, modeling, extractions and data visualization

· Experience in Celonis and/or Signavio Process Intelligence

· Experience in PQL and Signal (Desirable)

· Analytical skills, especially in technology, applying solutions to core business problems

· Knowledge in gathering business and process requirements and needs

· Knowledge of Business Processes and ability to map, analyze and optimize workflows

· Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data related to processes.

· Knowledge of tools such as BPM and continuous improvement tools

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

· Ability to facilitate workshops and process-related meetings.
