DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION EXPLORER (SENIOR GRADE) (m/f/d)

Location: At our Hive in Munich or Oldenburg
What’s there to do?
- You’ll take responsibility for designing and implementing digital transformation projects
- You’ll develop target operating models, digital process strategies, and guide clients through their journey from analog to digital
- You’ll lead project teams and support the professional development of your colleagues on projects
- You’ll identify data-driven optimization potential and support the selection and implementation of technologies (e.g., Celonis, SAP, Power BI, Coupa)
- You’ll actively contribute to the further development of H&Z.digital and help shape our growth
What do you bring?
- A completed Master’s degree or MBA/PhD in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in management or digital consulting, ideally with a focus on process management, procurement, or IT systems
- Deep knowledge of digital process analysis, data & process mining, BI, or automation solutions
- Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management
- Fluent German and English skills
