AI-DRIVEN PROCESS WHISPERER (CONSULTANT GRADE) (m/f/d)
Anytime, Full-time
Location: At our Hive in Munich or Oldenburg
What’s there to do?
- You’ll be part of our client projects in digital transformation, process optimization, and data-driven consulting
- You’ll analyze processes (e.g., Procurement, Accounts Payable, Order Management, Inventory Management) using Process Mining and BI technologies (e.g., Celonis, MPMX, Power BI, SQL)
- You’ll lead workshops, structure project results, and develop innovative solutions
- You’ll identify optimization potential, build business cases, and support the implementation of digital strategies
- You’ll work closely with interdisciplinary teams – across Business, IT, and Data
What do you bring?
- A completed Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation projects
- Good knowledge of process analysis, BI, or automation tools
- Enjoyment in structuring complex interrelations and translating them into data-based solutions
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
