WORKING STUDENT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION CONSULTING (m/f/d)
Starting immediately, up to 20h/week, minimum 6 months, at our Hive in Munich or Oldenburg
What can you expect?
- You’re the digital detective in our consulting projects – across industries and functional areas
- You dive deep into research and analysis and develop smart, practical solution concepts and presentations
- You take responsibility for subprojects around digital transformation topics such as AI, Process Intelligence, Planning, or Reporting
- You contribute your own ideas and take part in implementation – from analysis to go-live
- You consult based on our Value-First principle: together, we identify true added value for our clients by developing digital solutions that optimize P&L-relevant levers such as working capital, spend, and time – creating real competitive advantage
What should you bring?
- You’re enrolled in a Master’s (or advanced Bachelor’s) program in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field with a passion for digital transformation
- You’ve already gained some practical experience – ideally in consulting, project management, or a digital environment
- Digital tools are second nature to you, you love trying out new things, and you create compelling presentations in PowerPoint
- You think structurally and analytically, quickly recognize patterns and potential, and derive practical recommendations
- You’re motivated, take responsibility, and always keep the big picture in mind
- You communicate fluently in both German and English and enjoy working in a team
