Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Lead to drive the design, delivery, and scale-out of enterprise-grade AI and agentic automation solutions. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with customer-facing pre-sales and solution advisory responsibilities. The AI Lead will own end-to-end AI/ML delivery, lead the development of agent-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, Python, and UiPath’s next-generation automation stack, and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for practitioners who combine deep engineering capability, strong architectural thinking, and consulting-grade communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Agentic Solution Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and agent-based automation programs—from discovery and design through build, deployment, and production support.
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using:
- Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- LangChain-based frameworks and LLM orchestration
- Python-based AI/ML and automation components
- UiPath’s next-generation automation and AI capabilities such as Agents, IXP, and Communications Mining
- Design scalable, secure, and governable AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Ensure delivery excellence across performance, reliability, security, compliance, and cost optimization.
Microsoft Copilot & Agent Development
- Build and lead development of Copilot-based agents integrated with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, Foundry, custom APIs).
- Define best practices for prompt engineering, agent orchestration, memory management, and tool invocation.
- Guide teams on responsible AI, data governance, and enterprise adoption patterns for Copilot and LLM-based agents.
Intelligent Automation & UiPath Next-Gen
- Lead delivery of UiPath-based intelligent automation solutions, including:
- AI-driven workflows and agent-assisted automation
- Integration of RPA with LLMs and decision intelligence
- Define reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures for next-generation automation.
- Partner with UiPath teams on roadmap alignment, enablement, and innovation initiatives.
Pre-Sales & Solution Advisory
- Act as a technical leader in pre-sales engagements, including:
- Customer discovery and technical workshops
- Solution architecture and value articulation
- Effort estimation, delivery planning, and risk assessment
- Contributions to proposals, SOWs, and pricing models
- Support sales teams in positioning AI-led solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-oriented narratives for executive stakeholders.
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
- Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, UiPath, cloud providers) on:
- Joint solutions and co-innovation initiatives such as webinars, roadshows, demos, and solution-building
- Enablement, certifications, and best-practice adoption
- Partner-led customer engagements and pursuits
- Stay current with partner roadmaps and emerging AI capabilities.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to AI and automation engineers across the globe, including offshore teams.
- Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and delivery best practices.
- Mentor team members across AI/ML, agent development, and automation.
- Contribute to internal IP creation, accelerators, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering, automation, or AI-led delivery
- 3+ years in a lead or manager role, owning delivery and technical direction
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML, automation, and backend development
- Proven experience building LangChain-based agents or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI-based solutions
- Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and agent orchestration patterns
- Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and enterprise security models
Nice to have qualifications & competencies
- Experience with UiPath (RPA, AI Center, or next-gen automation capabilities preferred)
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
- Proven track record supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated or enterprise domains (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Exposure to MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance frameworks
- Microsoft, UiPath, or cloud certifications
- Experience building reusable AI frameworks or internal accelerators
