Lead critical project workstreams, deliver advanced process mining analyses, and translate complex business challenges into measurable value using Celonis.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or transformation roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Celonis or process mining platforms
- Advanced SQL skills; Python or automation experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, AP, AR, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver key project workstreams with high quality and timeliness
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and insights
- Build and optimize advanced data models, ETL pipelines, and dashboards in Celonis
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify inefficiencies and value opportunities
- Guide Consultants and support delivery planning with senior leaders
