Requirements
- 8–10+ years in consulting or transformation delivery
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder skills
- Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs
- Commercial exposure to scoping and SOW negotiations
- Celonis or process mining experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage senior client relationships and governance forums
- Define and drive value-focused transformation roadmaps
- Oversee multi-stream delivery with PMs and Consultants
- Own account P&L, staffing, and commercial outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities and new use cases
