We are looking for support for our Data Analysis Team as
Working Student (m/f/d) Data Analysis
(Temporary, part-time) Join our team at our location in Verl or Baden-Baden – flexible working conditions available.
As a working student (m/f/d) you will support us with the following tasks:
- Support in migrating our existing data infrastructure to a modern data lakehouse architecture
- Participation in AI/ML projects such as anomaly detection or agentic AI tools
- Support for performance analysis of ML models
- Support in the implementation and optimization of process analyses (e.g., user journeys in our core processes using process intelligence)
- Support in the development and maintenance of (Celonis) dashboards for data-driven decision-making
- Participation in the development and implementation of Process Intelligence governance guidelines and onboarding of new Celonis users
- Assistance in ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading of data)
What we would like:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in (business) mathematics, physics, data science, (business) informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent knowledge of statistics as well as data analysis and visualization (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python)
- Prior experience with Celonis or other process mining tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience with AI agents and tools is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data management
- Interest in process analysis, process optimization and data analysis
- Structured and independent work style
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Team player with a willingness to learn new topics
