Will you be our new Data Analyst?
Do you want to solve complex business problems with data as a Data Analyst and make a real impact at leading clients? Then we are looking for you!
What are you going to do?
In this role, you focus on creating valuable insights from data that have a strategic impact on our clients. You work in multidisciplinary teams on challenging data projects and act as a key link between technology and business. A selection of your responsibilities:
- Guiding clients on their data journey – You advise and guide a diverse group of clients (from multinationals to SMEs) on their digital transformation and data initiatives. You ensure that data solutions always align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Turning analysis into action – You dive deep into complex datasets and business processes to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Based on your analyses, you present actionable insights that help clients implement process improvements and make informed decisions.
- Visualizing and communicating – You develop user-friendly data solutions and visualizations (e.g., interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tibco Spotfire) that provide various stakeholders with insight into their performance. You clearly convey your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands the message and can take action.
You are:
- Not only a technically skilled data analyst, but also a strong communicator, entrepreneurial, analytical, and a team player.
Your profile:
- A Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics;
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Spotfire, or Tableau;
- Experience with project management and agile teams;
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with MS Power Platform and/or MS Fabric is a plus
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
